A recent update has exposed an experimental media library in your Bear dashboard. It was committed two weeks ago, so this might be old news, but this is a considerable improvement for general ease of use.
The URL is https://bearblog.dev/<subdomain>/dashboard/media/ and should look like this.
Pro Tip: Use the Customize Dashboard functionality to add a link in your footer for easy access.
